The Daily Mile is an initiative designed to get children physically active. children can run, jog, or wheel around for at least 15 minutes every day at the beginning of the session. this allows children time to reduce stress and anxiety. improve cognition, improve fitness and energy levels, allow for better concentration during the day and improve health outcomes for all children.
